missingWrote a review on Nov 11
The rooms are on the smaller side, especially if you're packing three people in one. Accessing the hotel isn't exactly a walk in the park, as it can feel like a trek from the street, and mornings can be a bit noisy with street traffic and housekeeping in the halls. there's no complimentary coffee or tea, and the daily housekeeping doesn’t include fresh sheets unless you ask—definitely a letdown for longer stays.

this hotel has potential, but the soundproofing is nearly nonexistent. i expected more from a "premium" place. also, being charged THB500 for a private car service where the driver was glued to his phone was just absoutely ridiculous. with all this, i really thought an upgrade woudl ve been in order, but i guess they dont value 'guests' enough.

Loved the spacious room ⭐️ and the fresh lemony vibe! Super close to Pratunam market. the location is a bit tricky to find at first and the aircon could be noisy sometimes.
